Art Series - Liu Kang

Art is an expression of one's thoughts and feelings. In the works of great artists, the moods and the beauty of the subject are beautifully rendered onto the canvas, creating masterpieces with simple strokes and paints. In this stamp issue, the artworks of two prominent local artists, Liu Kang and Ong Kim Seng are specially reproduced. Both had made significant contributions to the local art scene and played important roles in the artistic development of Singapore.
